How do I register for my online account?

Shortly after your policy goes into effect, you will be sent a link to register your online account. Please make sure to check your spam for the link. If you do not receive your link, please email our Support Department at Support(@)zeygerinsurance.com. Please make sure to include your policy number.

How do the Self Serve Certificates work?

That’s easy. Just login to your account after registering, add the certificate holder under the additional insured tab and issue the certificate. Don’t worry, we send you a tutorial video in your welcome package.

How soon will I get my certificate of insurance?

In most cases the certificate of insurance is delivered to your email within minutes of your bind confirmation. In rare cases it may take a couple of hours. Don’t forget to register your online account to access the certificate 24/7.

How can I reach customer service?

Does General Liability cover my employees?

General Liability does not protect your employees from on the job injuries, but it does offer your business protection if your employees cause an injury to someone else or cause property damage.

Is General Liability legally required?

California law does not require that you purchase General Liability unless you are registered as a Limited Liability Company with the Contractors State License Board.

How do I file a claim?

You can find the claims telephone number on your policy document. If you’re having a hard time finding the information, submit a service request.
